I prefer the use of Paypal and therefore payment is required to be completed upon placing an order. During the payment process, you will be transferred to a secure Paypal website. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility. You can simply pay by any of the credit and debit cards as illustrated.
I also accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer and if selected, an invoice will be emailed to you to confirm your order and my bank details to which to make the payment. Your order status will then be placed ‘On hold’ until your payment has reached my bank account and the funds have cleared. Once cleared, your order status will be changed to ‘Processing’ whilst it is being prepared to be dispatched. You will receive a further email once your order has been dispatched.

Your order will be normally dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your order (where payment has been made by Paypal) and packed sufficiently to protect the item during transit. Once dispatched, Royal Mail delivery time scales apply.
I prefer to send all items with the correct compensation cover as these items are unique and in a lot of cases are one offs and hence postage rates vary between items. All items are shipped as standard by Royal Mail First Class delivery. If you want your purchase in a hurry, please contact me to arrange for a quicker delivery method, however this will cost you more.
The postage will be added per product once an item has been placed in the Cart. If you intend to purchase multiple items, please contact me before paying as I do not want to over charge you on the postage. The shop facility has automatic postage rates set per item, which when more than one item is added, with exceptions of pens and pen boxes will increase the postage charge accordingly. I am working at finding a solution to this problem, but with any new website it takes time to work it out.
International Orders Only Please contact me before placing an order, stating what item you are interested in and where you wish the parcel to be sent to, so that delivery costs can be calculated and agreed with you personally.
Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely case of an item being damaged in transit or you are not happy with with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order.
You will be initially responsible for postage costs when returning an item. A full refund will then be provided.
